The deal,
in plain words.

Published prices are starting prices for a vehicle in ordinary condition. Condition changes the number — heavy soiling, pet hair, stains, oxidation and neglected finishes take longer. If what we find changes the price, we tell you before we start and you can decline at no charge.

RVs, boats, commercial vehicles and any add-on marked “varies” are quoted on arrival.

Nothing is charged when you book. The total is due once the work is done, by card through our Square pay link or QR code, or in cash. Cancel with 24 hours’ notice and there is no charge, and any tokens on the booking go back to your balance. Cancel a confirmed booking inside 24 hours, or if we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, and a fee of 25% of the booked total applies; tokens on the booking count toward that fee first. If we cancel or reschedule, you are never charged.

If weather makes the job unsafe or pointless, we reschedule and you are not charged. That call is ours to make and we make it early.

A token is prepaid credit for detailing services from Bravery Details LLC, valued at $10 of published service pricing. Token prices round up to the next whole token.

Tokens are not money. They are not a deposit account, not transferable, not saleable, and not redeemable for cash. They buy detailing from us and nothing else.

Membership tokens are granted monthly and roll over while your membership is active. If you cancel, your remaining membership tokens stay spendable for 90 days from the cancellation date and expire after that.

Tokens bought in a top-up pack do not expire.

If your balance does not cover a job, tokens cover what they can and the balance goes on card. We do not refuse a booking over a short balance.

Memberships bill monthly through Square until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account or by texting us; cancellation stops the next bill and does not refund the current month, whose tokens are already yours.

We are licensed and insured in the State of Florida. If something is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and put it right at no charge.

Detailing is cleaning and finishing work. It does not repair damage, and we will say so upfront when a defect is beyond what a detail can fix — deep scratches through the clear coat, cracked trim, existing dents and rust included.
